§ 7. Records, data and information on file.

  • Said parole officer shall keep such records, data and information as is required herein, or as may from time to time be prescribed by the criminal judges and the district attorney general, shall keep a file copy of his reports; shall keep complete social, physical, mental and criminal records of each person placed under his supervision or investigated by him.

    Said parole officer shall be furnished with necessary office and supplies by the criminal court clerk.

    The criminal judges may make such rules as they deem proper as to the privacy of said records and their use by others than the judges, district attorney general and said parole officer.
