This Appendix consists of Article 64 of the Charter of the former City of Nashville, as added by Private Acts 1953, chapter 487, and as amended by Private Acts 1955, chapter 307, and Private Acts 1957, chapter 165, with modifications limited to those changes necessary and proper to constitute the transit authority an agency of the metropolitan government.
