§ 14.18. Persons authorized to prosecute cases before court.

  • The metropolitan department of law of the metropolitan government is hereby authorized to prosecute before the court, any and all cases involving violations of ordinances, regulations, resolutions and Private Acts of the metropolitan government filed in or pending before said court. The district attorney general of Davidson County, Tennessee, or his or her duly authorized representatives, are hereby authorized to prosecute before the court any and all violations of state law filed in or pending before said court.
