§ 14.30. Severability of provisions.

Each of the provisions of this amendment ^5a is hereby declared to be severable, and if any section or sections, clauses or parts are invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining provisions of said amendment shall continue in full force and effect, it being the express legislative intent as declared herein that the amendment would have been adopted even if such invalid or unconstitutional matters had not been included therein.
