§ 10. Same—Exclusive control of farmers' market and other marketing facilities.

The commission created by this Act shall have the sole and exclusive control of the operation and management of the farmers' market authorized herein and other marketing facilities in Davidson County and over the acquisition, construction and establishment of such farmers' market or other marketing facilities.
