The commission is hereby authorized to charge and collect rents, rates, fees or other
charges for its services and facilities.
Such rents, rates, fees and charges being in the nature of use or service charges,
shall, as nearly as the commission shall deem practicable and equitable, be uniform
for the same type, class and amount of use or service of the facilities of the commission.
The commission shall prescribe and from time to time, when necessary, revise a schedule
of such service charges or rentals, a copy of which shall at all times be kept on
file and open to public inspection at the office of the secretary of the commission
and at the office of the county court clerk of Davidson County.
