§ 4. Same—Registration.

Said quarterly county court my in its discretion provide that the owner or holder of any such bond may register the same both as to principal and interest, or as to principal alone, in his name on the books of the county in the office of the county court clerk, or in any bank or trust company in the City of New York that may be designated for such purpose, under such regulations as said quarterly court may provide.
