§ 9. Same—Sale of bonds prerequisite to action by commission.

The "Davidson County Farmers' Market Commission" shall not have authority to incur any obligation, nor shall they receive any compensation for services rendered unless and until the bonds authorized to be issued under authority of this Act have, by resolution of the county court, been issued and submitted to a vote of the people on a referendum election called for that purpose and have been approved by the people.
