§ 10. Clerk of court to maintain records.

The clerk of the court shall, under the supervision of the judge, keep all the records of the court, and shall have all the duties, authorities and obligations as provided by Sections 10050, through and including 10081 of the Code of Tennessee as applicable to the office. Said clerk shall give a surety bond for the faithful performance of his duties and the amount to be fixed by the County Judge of Davidson County.
