§ 15. Summonses issued by officer of the court.

Summonses and other process issued in connection with any proceeding in the court shall be served by an officer of the court or by any other officer authorized by law to serve process in the county to which the process is directed. Service shall be had in the manner provided by the general laws of Tennessee.
