All salaries and other expenses incurred in complying with the provisions of this
Act shall be a county charge. The judge of the court shall present to the Quarterly
Court of Davidson County each year, a proposed budget for the operation of the court
for the next fiscal year in accordance with the law, practice, rules and procedure
of said Quarterly Court; that after the passage of this Act, and before funds are
made available in said budget, all salaries, charges and expenses necessary and incident
to the establishment, organization and operation of the court shall be paid out of
the general funds of the county. The Quarterly Court of Davidson County shall each
year appropriate funds sufficient for the efficient operation of said court, within
the intent and purpose of this Act.
