§ 1.18. Termination of system by default.

In the event the employer fails for four (4) consecutive fiscal years to contribute in accordance with the provisions of Section 1.09, the system shall automatically terminate and the provisions of Section 1.17 shall apply in the same manner as though the Act in its entirety had been repealed.
