§ 2.04. Eligibility and participation of a member of Division B who transfers his membership to Division A.

Each employee who is a member of Division B and who voluntarily elects in writing to transfer his membership to Division A, in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 of this Act, shall thereafter be a member of Division A. A member of Division B who voluntarily elects to transfer his membership to Division A, in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 of this Act, shall cease to be a member of Division B and shall thereafter have no rights under Article 3 of this Act.
