§ 10.20.075. Information required on vehicles transporting used tires—Violation and penalty.

A.

All vehicles used in the collection or transporting of used tires shall be required to have painted or affixed to the side or rear of the vehicle the name and telephone number of the owner of the vehicle.

B.

A driver operating a vehicle found in violation of this section shall be fined an amount not to exceed fifty dollars for each day the violation continues.
