The Director shall designate environmental enforcement officers to inspect, investigate
and enforce the provisions of this chapter. A violation of any provision of this chapter
shall be subject to a fine of not more than fifty dollars for each day the violation
continues.
B.
The director shall enforce the provisions of this chapter and he/she or his/her duly
authorized enforcement officers may enter with the consent of the owner or occupant
or with a valid search warrant, and upon presentation of proper identification, any
building, structure or premises within the area or jurisdiction of the metropolitan
government to perform any duty or responsibility imposed upon him/her by this chapter.
