§ 10.56.150. Nuisance declared—Injunctive relief.

    Any person violating the provisions of this chapter by exhausting into the atmosphere an air contaminant in excess of that permitted by this chapter is declared to be creating a nuisance.

    B.

    The board may cause to be instituted a civil action in any court of competent jurisdiction of injunctive relief to prevent violation of any section of this chapter.
