§ 10.68.050. Appointment of attorney required for out-of-county residents.

No permit shall be issued under the provisions of this chapter to a person, firm, partnership or corporation not a resident of Davidson County for conduct of a pyrotechnic display until such person, firm or corporation shall have appointed in writing an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee and residing therein to be his attorney upon whom all process in any civil action or proceeding against him may be served.
