§ 11.04.060. Impersonating a police officer.

A.

It is unlawful for any person falsely to assume to be a police officer or, without authority or right, to assume to exercise police powers.

B.

Any person, not an officer, wearing a uniform, badge or insignia similar to that worn by any metropolitan, city, county or state police, shall be prima facie guilty of a violation of this section.
