§ 11.04.080. Giving false information—False alarms.

    It is unlawful for any person knowingly to make to the metropolitan police department any false, misleading or unfounded report, or knowingly to offer any false, misleading or unfounded information of any type whatsoever, for the purpose of interfering with the operation of the metropolitan police department or with the intention of misleading any police officer.

    B.

    It is further unlawful for any person to knowingly activate any electronic device or burglar alarm which falsely indicates the commission of a felony.
