§ 11.04.090. False 911 calls.

A.

It is unlawful for any person to call the E-911 system of the metropolitan government indicating an emergency when the person knows or should have known there was not an emergency.

B.

Any person convicted of violating this section shall be subject to the penalties of Section 1.01.030 of the metropolitan code.
