§ 11.08.010. Assault.

  • A person commits assault who:

    A.

    Intentionally, knowingly or recklessly causes bodily injury to another; or

    B.

    Intentionally or knowingly causes another to reasonably fear imminent bodily injury; or

    C.

    Intentionally or knowingly causes physical contact with another and knows the other will regard the contact as extremely offensive or provocative.
