§ 11.26.050. Parental civil liability.

Any parent or legal guardian who consents to, permits, or otherwise knowingly allows her or his child under the age of eighteen to possess a graffiti implement shall be personally liable for any and all costs to any person incurred in connection with the removal of graffiti caused by said child or by said graffiti implement.
