§ 11.36.050. False information—Dealer's license—Purchasing records.

A.

No person shall, in applying for a license as a manufacturer or dealer, give false information or offer false evidence of his identity.

B.

No person shall give false information concerning his name and address or offer false evidence of his identity when purchasing a firearm.
