§ 12.16.150. Yield right-of-way—Vehicles at intersections.

  • A.

    When two vehicles approach or enter an intersection from different highways at approximately the same time, the driver of the vehicle on the left shall yield the right-of-way to the vehicle on the right.

    B.

    The right-of-way rule declared in subsection A of this section is modified by the control of a police officer or traffic-control devices and as otherwise stated in this title.

    C.

    Section 12.84.020 sets out the penalty for violation of subsection A of this section.
