§ 12.40.150. Parking for sale or repair purposes unlawful.

A.

No person shall park a vehicle upon the roadway for the purpose of:

1.

Displaying such a vehicle for sale;

2.

Washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency.

B.

No person shall park a vehicle upon residential property abutting or adjacent to an arterial street, as specified in the Major and Collector Street Plan, for the purpose of displaying such a vehicle for sale.
