§ 12.40.220. Removal of vehicles authorized when.

Whenever any police officer finds a vehicle in violation of any of the parking regulations set out in Schedule VII, such officer is authorized to move such vehicle, or require the driver or other person in charge of the vehicle, if present, to move the same to a position off the roadway.
