§ 12.54.190. Unpermitted drivers.

    If any person is found operating any horse-drawn carriage for-hire within the metropolitan government area without a valid horse-drawn carriage driver's permit on behalf of any holder of a certificate of necessity and public convenience, the commission director may immediately take action to suspend or revoke the certificate of necessity and public convenience held by the operator of the horse-drawn carriage service.

    B.

    A person whose horse-drawn carriage driver's permit is suspended shall not drive a horse-drawn carriage for-hire within the metropolitan government area during the period of suspension.
