§ 12.56.090. Method for computing of time.

Latest version.

In computing any period of time set out in this chapter, the date of the action after which the designated period of time begins to run is not be to be included. The last day of the period so computed is to be included. All Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not to be counted in the time period.
