§ 12.56.110. Permit—Revocation conditions.

The chief of police or his/her designee shall have the authority to revoke at any time prior to the parade a permit issued under this chapter upon determination that the applicant materially misrepresented facts or information in the application and/or failed to meet the standards for issuance as herein set forth.
