§ 12.68.080. Backing of vehicles—Restrictions.

    The driver of a vehicle shall not back the same unless such movement can be made with safety and without interfering with other traffic, and shall not back into a street intersection, or around a street corner, and in no event shall the distance of the backing movement exceed fifty feet, and shall in every case yield the right-of-way to moving traffic and pedestrians.

    Section 12.84.020 sets out the penalty for violation of this section.
