§ 12.72.070. Accounting for funds and property received.

The director of finance shall establish, by appropriate accounting procedures, a revolving account for the police tow-in, so that full accountability will be made of all property and money received and expended by the police department in connection with the operation of the police tow-in lot. The director of finance shall approve all rules and regulations of the police department relating to accounting procedures with reference to the operation of the police tow-in lot.
