§ 12.76.050. Flashing signals—Operation.

The red lights on flashing warning signals shall flash and the gongs ring continuously for a sufficient time prior to the approach of trains, engines and cars on the railroad tracks to sufficiently warn vehicular and pedestrian traffic on the streets until the trains, engines or cars have entirely occupied the street crossing.
