§ 12.76.120. Liability limitations concerning signal lights and appurtenances.

The railroads shall save the metropolitan government harmless from all claims, suits and actions, or other costs, judgments or loss incident to, growing out of or in any wise connected with the erection, maintenance and operation of the signal lights and appurtenances herein required.
