§ 12.76.130. Bridges and other structures over public ways.

All railroad companies whose roads cross any street or alley by trestle or overhead structure shall put a safe and sufficient bridge over such street or alley, which bridge shall be erected in accordance with reasonable plans and specifications approved by the director of public works; provided, that this section shall not apply to existing structures.
