§ 12.76.150. Loitering around railroad depot, tracks or yard prohibited.

  • It is unlawful for any person, without the consent of the owner or other person in charge thereof, to go upon, over, across or through, or to loiter in or around, or otherwise trespass upon any railroad depot, station, switchyard, track or right-of-way or other place where dangerous machinery is usually in operation. This shall not apply to any railroad track at public street crossings, nor to any railroad track on any public street.
