§ 12.84.030. Violation—Penalties.

(A)

The following moving traffic violations are punishable according to the provisions of Section 1.01.030:

12.20.020, Maximum speed limits;

12.20.030, Special speed zones;

12.20.080, Construction and demolition site restrictions;

8.

12.24.040, Procedures for vehicles entering stop or yield intersections;

9.

12.68.030, Driving through funeral procession;

10.

12.68.110(A) and (B), Towing of vehicles;

11.

12.68.130, Driving on sidewalks;

12.

12.68.150(A) through (C), Putting glass, nails or other injurious materials on highway—Clearing accident wreckage;

13.

12.68.170, Careless driving;

14.

12.68.180, Reckless driving;

15.

12.68.200, Attempting to elude police officers.
