§ 13.08.060. Street cleaning—Restricted hours of operation—Exceptions.

A.

No person shall operate any mechanical device to clean or sweep streets or other paved areas within three hundred feet of any building or structure used for residential purposes between the hours of eleven p.m. and seven a.m.

B.

Provided however, the prohibition of such activity shall not be applicable:

1.

To the DTC and CF zone districts of metropolitan government; and

2.

When specifically permitted by the director of the department of public works.
