§ 13.12.050. Construction—Authorization required.

Authorization for driveway construction shall be secured from the traffic and parking commission and the department of public works prior to the beginning of construction, such as the cutting of any grass plot, gutter or sidewalk, for the purpose of construction of any driveway.
