§ 13.12.070. Authorization—Expiration.

Driveway authorizations are valid for a period of one year from date of approval. Actual construction must begin before expiration of approval. No notice of expiration will be issued, and authorizations will automatically terminate unless renewal is authorized in writing by the traffic and parking commission and the department of public works.
