§ 13.12.100. Location.

  • Driveways shall be so located that vehicles entering or leaving the establishment will not interfere with the free movement of traffic or create a hazard on the highway. Where feasible, they shall be located where there are no sharp curves and steep grades and where sight distance is adequate for safe traffic operation. Driveways should not be located within intersections, rotaries and interchanges or on highways, immediately approaching them. They shall be so located that they will not interfere with the placement of signs, signals or other devices that affect traffic operation.
