§ 13.12.130. Connection with through lane—Curve radius.

Latest version.
  • Where space permits, the radius of curve connecting the edge of through traffic lane and edge of driveway shall be the maximum radius to permit turns by the largest vehicle to be expected with some frequency and not to exceed twenty feet maximum radius of curvature. For narrow border conditions, the combination driveway width and edge radius of smaller dimension should be adequate to this end. The radii for driveways on streets on which there are outer parallel parking lanes shall be based on turns from the edge of through lane.
