§ 13.12.160. Deviations.

The traffic and parking commission and the department of public works may grant permission for deviations from the requirements specified in this chapter, provided one or more of the following conditions exists:
A.

Unusual physical conditions requiring special construction;

B.

Impossibility of improvement of the property with normal driveway location, where granting deviation requested will not be contrary to public safety, convenience and welfare;

C.

Where granting of the deviation requested will not adversely affect present or future rights or development of adjacent property.
