§ 13.24.170. Fishing.

Fishing is prohibited in any waters under the supervision and control of the board, except in such areas as are designated or maintained as fishing areas. No person shall have in his possession or take or attempt to take any fish in any such waters except in such designated areas, or at any time throw missiles at any fish, or place in such waters any piscivorous fish, poison or other substance injurious to fish.
