§ 13.24.220. Picnics.

The board is authorized to adopt, promulgate and enforce rules and regulations governing picnics or outings consistent with the proper use and protection of park property. Such authority shall include but not be limited to regulating the time, place and manner where picnics or outings may be held and may include the issuance of permits therefor.
