§ 13.32.140. Dumping fires or burning cinders prohibited.

It is unlawful to place, make or dump any fire or burning cinders upon any street, alley, public way or square, the surface paving of which may be injured, damaged or deteriorated by reason thereof, except for the purpose of preparing, removing, reconstructing or repairing such paving.
