§ 13.32.190. Depositing wood, coal or lumber on sidewalks.

It is unlawful for any person to throw or permit to be thrown, and there to remain for more than one hour, any wood, coal or any kind of lumber on any sidewalk or that part of the street, lane or alley appropriated for sidewalks, except so far as is absolutely unavoidable in cases of building.
