§ 13.40.060. Enforcement—Appeals.

The director of the department of codes administration shall enforce the provisions of this chapter. No license shall be issued or renewed for the operation of any parking facility until the same has been approved as complying with the requirements of this chapter. Any person dissatisfied with any ruling of the director in the enforcement of this chapter may appeal therefrom to the board of building code appeals and have a hearing de novo on the matter in issue.
