"Person" means any and all persons, including individuals, partnerships, co-partnerships,

officers thereof, departments, agencies, or instrumentalities, joint stock companies,
trust estates, governmental entity or any other legal entity, or their legal representatives,
agents or assigns, organized or existing under the laws of this or any state or country.
