§ 15.04.390. Unpolluted water.

"Unpolluted water" means water to which no constituent has been added, either intentionally or accidentally, which would render such water unacceptable to the state of Tennessee or the Environmental Protection Agency having jurisdiction thereof for disposal to storm or natural drainage, or directly to surface waters.
