§ 15.08.020. Wastewater facilities plan—Adopted—Implemented—Revisions.

A.

The metropolitan government adopts the Metropolitan 201 Wastewater Facilities Plan, copies of which are on file in the office of the director of the department of water and sewerage services, the metropolitan clerk, and the metropolitan planning commission.

B.

The Metropolitan 201 Wastewater Facilities Plan will be implemented by the metropolitan government whenever it proposes to construct wastewater facilities within the area of the metropolitan government.

C.

Future amendments or revisions to the Metropolitan 201 Wastewater Facilities Plan which occur may be by resolution of the metropolitan council.
